Effective date: 21 July 2026 · Last updated: 21 July 2026

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets rules for using AGENTOx operated by Quduratech co. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

2. Lawful use

You may use AGENTOx only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and any other jurisdiction that applies to you or your organization.

3. Prohibited activities

You must not, and must not allow others to:

  • Use the Services to violate law, including fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, or unauthorized surveillance.
  • Upload, generate, or distribute malware, ransomware, phishing content, or exploits.
  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
  • Process special categories of personal data or sensitive government data except where you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards, and where your AGENTOx configuration permits.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, or data; probe or scan systems without authorization; or bypass authentication, rate limits, or security controls.
  • Share login credentials outside authorized users, or sell/resell access except under a written agreement with us.
  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-export data from the Services in ways that violate these Terms, technical limits, or third-party rights.
  • Use AGENTOx to create or disseminate unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or extremist content.
  • Misuse AI capabilities to deceive individuals, impersonate others without authorization, or generate content for illegal schemes.
  • Disable, circumvent, or undermine human-in-the-loop, approval, logging, or safety controls required by your organization or by the Services.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of AGENTOx or related infrastructure.
  • Use the Services in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load or that harms other customers.

4. Customer responsibilities

Organizations are responsible for configuring roles, permissions, data connectors, and agent policies appropriately; for reviewing AI outputs before high-impact actions; and for ensuring end users are trained on internal policies governing AGENTOx.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and report activity to authorities or affected parties when we believe in good faith that it is necessary or required by law.

6. Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse or security issues to [email protected] with sufficient detail for investigation. For urgent security incidents, include “Security” in the subject line.

7. Updates

We may update this AUP by posting a revised version at https://agentox.app/acceptable-use and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
